Triple Heater  and Heart Protector

  1. 1.Sit with your legs crossed and cross your arms resting each hand on it’s opposite knee.

  2. 2.Inhale as you lift and open your chest and back.

  3. 3.Exhale as you fold forward allowing your legs and hips to open and relax towards the floor.

  4. 4.Relax further into the stretch as you take 2 more complete breaths imagining your breath filling your pelvis.

  5. 5.Inhale and as you Exhale slowly roll back up vertebra by vertebra until you are sitting upright.

  6. 6.Reverse your position crossing your legs the other way and repeat the sequence.
