Therapeutic  STRETCHES

for  Muscular  Balance  Forearm     



3 x’s a day everyday for 6 weeks

1. With palm turned down towards the floor and elbow tucked into the hip.

2. Hold your palm and wrist as you Exhale and attempt to turn your palm up

against your own resistance for 10 seconds.

3. Hold your wrist in place with your support hand as you release all the tension in your wrist as you inhale

4. Exhale as you stretch your palm farther down towards the floor and in towards your body.

5. From this new stretched position repeat 7 times.
