Therapeutic  STRETCHES

for  Muscular  Balance  Forearm

Pronator  Teres  Stretch               

3 sets, 3 times a day,  for 6 weeks

1. With your right palm turned up towards the ceiling and right elbow             tucked into your hip.

2. Inhale and hold your right palm and wrist in place with your left hand,

Exhale as you attempt to turn your right palm down for 10 seconds. ( isometric )

3. Relax the tension in your right wrist as you inhale, while holding it in place with your left hand.

As you exhale stretch your right palm farther up  towards the ceiling and out towards the side.

From this new stretched position repeat 7 times.
