Therapeutic  STRETCHES

for  Muscular  Balance  Upper Body

Pectoralis  Major  and  Minor  and  Subclavius

3 sets, 3 times a day,  for 6 weeks 

  1. 1.Extend your arms in front of you at shoulder height with palms touching as if to dive and Inhale.

2. As you Exhale sweep your arms gently out to the sides and backwards,

    keeping palms open and rolled back 45 degrees.

3. Inhale as you bring your arms back to the front and raise them one hand

    height up and inhale.

  1. 4.Exhale as you sweep arms out to the sides repeating the exercise.

  1. 5.Raise your hands one hand width between each stretch like a fan.
