Liver  and Gall Bladder











  1. 1.Sit with your legs as far apart as is comfortable.

  2. 2.Inhale as you link your hands palms upwards and raise your arms above your head drawing your torso and spine upwards as you rotate your arms backwards.

  3. 3.Exhale as you rotate your upper body to face your right leg as you lean your torso towards your left leg. ( your upper body rotates to face the leg opposite to the one you are leaning down onto.)

  4. 4.Relax further into the stretch as you take two complete breaths imagining your breath filling your pelvis.

  5. 5.Inhale and as you Exhale gently raise your torso back into the upright position. Repeat the stretch for the other leg

  6. 6.Inhale as you link your hands palms upwards and raise your arms above your head drawing your torso and spine upwards.

  7. 7.Exhale as you rotate your upper body to face your left leg as you draw your torso down towards your right leg.

  8. 8.Relax into the stretch for two complete breaths imagining your breath filling your pelvis.

  9. 9.Inhale and as you Exhale gently raise your torso back into the upright position.

  10. 10. As is comfortable you can grasp your fourth tow while relaxing into the stretch.
